I think those two fish must have something because my boyfriend&#039;s been taking fish oil for around 4 months and he looks more healthy, his mood&#039;s improved,  and he&#039;s less negative - and actually &quot;sees&quot; how negative he&#039;d been.  That&#039;s the only change he&#039;s had in the past 4 months.

		<description>Thanks for the info.   Good to know the ratios for omega 3&#039;s to omega 6&#039;s which is obviously important.   I didn&#039;t know spinach had omega 3&#039;s....Popeye was way before his time touting spinach.</description>
